How do I get my quote?

When do I get my credit?
Choose “Get store credit now” and your BEACN credit is issued right away, before your item ships, so you can spend it on the order you are placing. Prefer to wait? Choose “Get store credit later” and it arrives once your item has been assessed.
Is there a hold on my card?
If you choose credit now, yes. A temporary hold for your item’s value goes on your card and is released once your item arrives and is verified.
What do I receive?
A multi-use BEACN gift card. Apply it at checkout like any gift card and pay any difference however you normally would.
What if my item is worth more than what I am buying?
Nothing is lost. Any balance stays on your gift card for future BEACN orders.
Can I trade in more than one item?
Yes. The combined value is issued as a single gift card.
Can I apply my credit after I have checked out?
No. Credit cannot be applied to an order that is already complete, so start your trade-in before you check out.
How do you decide what my item is worth?
Pricing is based on condition and current market value, and every item is assessed by an expert once it arrives.
What if my item is assessed differently from how I described it?
We will tell you why and offer a new price. With credit now, accepting adjusts the hold and charges the difference; declining means the original credit value is charged and your item is returned free of charge. With credit later, accepting sets your credit and declining returns your item free of charge.
